4.1 Services we provide and our timescales for doing so:
Our Services provide subscribers access to our platform to top up mobile phone and a full suite of mobile-related benefits. This includes some exclusive discounts and early-bird offers on mobile recharges and gift cards, a protection plan for lost or stolen phones, 24/7 customer support, and reimbursement of eligible mobile expenses (up to €100 per month). Subscribers also gain access to a private community to connect with like-minded users. Each of these is individually a Service.
Access to your Subscription and/or our Services will generally be provided immediately upon your payment of the Subscription Fee or the commencement of a 3-day trial offer. Our Services are provided instantly; therefore, no specific delivery timescale applies. Our obligations are considered fulfilled upon successful access to these features. We will use reasonable efforts to meet any stated timescales but cannot guarantee them. Time is not considered of the essence under this agreement.
4.4 We may not accept or fulfil your order for Services:
We reserve the right to decline or be unable to fulfil your order for Services. Reasons may include unavailability of our third-party partners, technical issues, pricing or description errors, or other unforeseen circumstances. If we cannot provide a Service, we will inform you via the email associated with your account and will not process the order. If you have already paid the Subscription Fee and the issue is permanent, we will offer you the option to cancel and receive a pro-rata refund.
Reimbursement of eligible mobile expenses is subject to approval and limited to verified invoices that meet all eligibility criteria. We reserve the right to reject submissions that do not comply with our terms or originate from non-partner merchants. This program may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice. Only eligible categories are covered, and any amount above the monthly limit won’t be reimbursed.
The monthly limit are capped according to your subscription plan:
- - €29/month plan: Reimbursement of up to €50 in mobile expenses (50% coverage)
- - €49/month plan: Reimbursement of up to €100 in mobile expenses (50% coverage)
- - €79/3-month plan: Reimbursement of up to €100 in mobile expenses (50% coverage)

If you choose to accept the cancellation, you must notify us within 14 days. Upon acceptance, your access to the Services and account will be terminated immediately, and we will issue a refund using your original payment method within 14 days.
4.6 We may vary, suspend and withdraw any of our Services at any time:
We may adjust the features of any Service to meet legal or operational requirements without prior notice. We also reserve the right to suspend or restrict Services to address technical issues, update features, or enforce non-payment of Subscription Fees. In such cases, if a paid Service is unavailable for more than 7 consecutive days, we will notify you and provide the option to cancel and receive a pro-rata refund for unused time.
If you choose to accept the cancellation offer, you must confirm within 14 days. Upon confirmation, access to your account and Services will end immediately, and a refund will be processed within 14 days. No refunds are available for free trials or inactive subscriptions.
